Infrastructure Details

Our data center in Kazakhstan is engineered for maximum uptime and rapid incident response. Below is an overview of the redundancy systems protecting your mining operations.

Power Systems

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) provides instant battery backup during grid fluctuations. Diesel generators activate automatically within seconds of a sustained outage, capable of running the entire facility indefinitely. Auto-failover between power sources ensures zero interruption to mining operations.

Network Connectivity

Dual-ISP fiber connections from independent providers ensure network redundancy. If the primary connection degrades or fails, traffic automatically routes through the backup ISP. Mining pool connectivity uses FPPS protocol with auto-failover to backup pools, preventing any hashrate loss during pool-side disruptions.

Hardware Replacement

On-site spare inventory of Antminer S21 series and WhatsMiner M60/M66 units allows hardware replacement within 4-8 hours. Our technical team diagnoses and swaps faulty machines without requiring external vendor support. CGMiner configurations are pre-staged on Windows Server instances for rapid redeployment.

Automated Monitoring

Continuous monitoring systems track hashrate performance, temperature readings, power consumption, and network latency across every machine. Automated alerts trigger when hashrate drops below expected thresholds or temperatures exceed safe operating ranges. The 24/7 on-site technical staff responds to alerts within minutes.
